Who are you using and why?
I've been using Classicline and Adrianflux for years. But who else is out there and why use them?
Flux want more and more money each year. But I have always had good service out of them and that includes a claim a number of years ago. But I need to add business insurance this due to having Foster children in the car from time to time. So Flux want even more this year.
Who else is out there?
Seems many people are finding the comparison websites are offering a good deal these days.
Went with Admiral for my Vanquish. Cheapest on price on a certain comparison site.
They could not quote as I needed to add Business use for the carriage of the foster children.
I've ended up with Churchill at 1/3rd of the rice of anyone else fir full cover, all the extras and full euro breakdown.
Similr to Brian above, I've been very pleased with Classicline. My premium has not increased significantly over the past five years and the benefits and people are excellent. However I don't carry ammo!
Classicline for me also. Used them for many years with different cars.
Superb cover, agreed value and AMOC discount at a competitive price and you get UK/EU breakdown cover included. The admin is very efficient also. Nice company to deal with. Quotes from Official AMOC scheme have been 80% more expensive
I have never been asked about ammunition by any of my insurers. And I do carry it from time to time along with the bundhooks.
I use NFU, agreed value and half of what Locktons wanted to charge me. They also insure my house, so whether there are any synergies there, I don't know. I asked NFU to insure my landrover, but they were about 25-30% more expensive than A-Plan, although NFU did allow me to carry ammunition 🤣 , I like NFU, because I have one person as my contact, who I can call for anything, rather than just handed around to whomever is free.
