Great drive out this morning and enjoyed catching up with everyone over a nice breakfast. Nice to meet new members Thomas and Simon and their lovely cars. Simon, I look forward to seeing the new car sometime soon.
Hope you all had a good drive home. Mine was excellent and managed to dodge the showers.
Looking forward to the next one
Indeed, let’s hope the weather is as good as today.

if still on for the 10th, if you don't mind if I tag along and meet you all at Route 66 on the A21.
And I am at Goodwood Members Meeting on 16th 😁
Hi all, agree re fuel issues plus the weather looks pretty awful Sunday
Sunday 10th - same times and location?
Are you happy to change the date Brian? Hopefully we can all use some petrol together without worry.
Thanks Les,
Should be better by 10th, and can reschedule. I see the Ace Café was mentioned earlier it reminds me of my schooldays where we would persuade the coach driver to stop. So I think I shall stick to rural Sussex
Works for me Les, if panic has subsided.
Due to the current petrol shortages is it worth postponing this for a week (hopefully the panic may have subsided by then) and go for Sunday the 10th?
Well I was looking forward to joining you at Robertsbridge however I have been taking a medical time out with a chest infection passed on to me by my grandson, so I am recovering at the moment. The fuel is an issue everywhere look at Cuckfield yesterday was it a five hour wait. It should get better once the army are onto it. My plan was to join you at Robertsbridge drive to Rye and then go onto The Pilot at Dungeness. I shall look forward to the Spring of 22.
I face the same issue re filling up. No petrol at any stations nearby and today people were sitting in their cars in a supermarket car park, waiting for a tanker which duly arrived. I don't have that intel or patience.
I'm not so sure I will come. Given the petrol crisis... a) I think me filling up a load of fuel is not so socially responsible for those that really need it, and b) don't think I have the will to sit in a queue for ever to fill up.
See you there Brian, Thanks for the reminder on Sunday.
I’m in.
